The question was ... ^^ why is the thread gone? Usually it's just 'sold out' not gone poof.

My guess would be that they removed it as soon as it sold out to avoid the same issue that they had before where the button didn't turn to "sold out" until after dozens and dozens of people had "ordered" one.

I thought so too but the button was clearly grey and "sold out" ... then it was blue again after a refresh and then poof, thread gone. Now @cooey are there still OCs left or are they all gone?

I got PayPal receipt as well as HDN confirmation of purchase, but it doesn't appear in "Your Purchases" under Group Buys. This the same for everyone?

I know that. I said when I checked it said 13 sold, that's when the button was grey and sold out but then at the next refresh it was blue again and I tried to order, next window I got was error and the thread was gone. That's why I'm asking .. did someone buy another copy or 2 or 3? Are they all gone now or do I have to continue camping in front of my pc to snag one?

My purchase has vanished. Temporarily, I hope. I got a validation email and I saw my purchase listed under the "My Purchases" tab but now it does not show up.

I always say whatever comes around goes around. We've all been there and missed out at some point, I'm glad this was a 5 hour gap for the GB so it would give members the lucky feeling than more of the frustration feel if there was a exact date and time, the site it would been very, very crazy. Unlucky for those that missed out, we've all had that experience, better luck next time. Cheers Matt! @cooey
