So I'm returning mine for a refund as they won't send in a cardboard box, only carboard envelope and I don't mean those sturdy wraparound envelopes either.

Just ordered from Zavvi with 15% code .

I stopped buying from amazon for that very reason. And no amount of campaigning on my part has fallen on anything other than deaf ears and empty promises. I buy almost everything from zavvi at this point. Like a £40 collectors set should come in nothing short of a box with air bags.

My items from Zavvi are currently (last few weeks) taking one week from when I receive the dispatch email.
Assume they're sending out the dispatch emails too early.
