Paid for the box with my visa card (as usual on the HDZeta website), didn’t work. Today I got the message from the bank they tried to hack my card so the bank cancelled the card for safety reasons so no card, no box … Thanks HDZeta for NOT listening to your loyal customers and finally take care of your website/payment system.

My colleague asked the bank,they said your Credit Card Bank limited payment to China Webstore,you can call Customer Service unlock it.
We never hacked any credit card,since last credit card issues,already 6-7 month was no problem,nobody's card was stolen.

I contacted them from HDzeta site and they said to me "Sorry we didn't accept paypal"

Lol, they have to say "we don't accept paypal" instead didn't.

Lots of peoples credit cards will throw a flag since you are buying something from China. You arent being "hacked" at all

Not HDZeta's fault at all. It's your banks 'fault' for having tight security and thinking it may be a fraudulent purchase as you're buying something from China.

For first time purchasers for HDZeta I would advise contacting the card issuer/bank before pre-order day to tell them you will be purchasing an item from China and that you don't want the transaction stopped.

i have used cards that get denied sometimes and go through others from the same places. happens on the filmarena payment sometimes as well.

Amazon Japan actually triggers it on one of my cards sometimes but not others.
