How dare HMV decide for you that your steelbook is damaged! Don't they know that they are supposed to ship out all items no matter what shape they are in and allow the customer to decide what is and isn't damaged just like all other retailers?!!

It might have been a new employee who doesn't know any better yet. I'm sure they'll get him straightened out quick.
