Picked up the Canadian version today at HMV. $19.99 CAD
Notable differences between this and US release:
1. Bilingual Spine.
2. No Digital Copy.
3. No Music CD. (possible amazon.com exclusive?)
Not going to open my copy to confirm inside art, as I may be returning this copy, although it should have inside art as the steel is identical to the US one aside from the spine.

Wonder if the CA version really is Region A locked...
Picked this up at Futureshop today. Funny that the tag on the shelf actually said "FS Excl SB" (Futureshop Exclusive Steelbook). Somewhat of an impulse buy, might eventually return it. They didn't have A Christmas Story, although there was a shelf tag for it.
I'm a bit confused because the Canadian version UPC 065935596066 is not listed on Chapters.Indigo.ca. Amazon.ca only has the US import version > UPC 883929357710.
That is strange, must be a typo or just plain wrong info in the listing because it also states further down that it includes all these goodies:
•5x7" magnetic Elf picture frame with 4x6" Elf magnet
•15 Elf gift tags
•Five-track Elf soundtrack sampler featuring holiday classics
•14" Elf plush holiday stocking
•Collectible tin box
But all that stuff is in the Tin version I believe not the steelbook version.
