Out of curiosity, there's a pic here saying it's a HDN Exclusive, (I don't mean to hi-jack with an ebay thread) but is it a mistake as I don't think HDN Sell them do they?

Also, does anyone have any idea if Merry Hill, Dudley and/or Wolverhampton stores have them in?

They just took the pics from this thread to use - too lazy to take their own! ;)

I'll be checking my local HMV in about an hour - I don't want this steal but may be pick some up for other Ninja's or to trade for some OOS ones I want like Zavvi Thor

Loads in Birmingham but behind the counter due to tea leafs apparently ;)
Back is lovely (fingerprint magnet) but I thought they couldn't do gloss black EEK!
Just going to send the scans off for the CM :D

When I went to Bond St at about 9 am there was only 1 copy left in the front shelf EEK! after I left the store.:naughty:

If I get time tonight I will do some comparison pics of the US & UK versions, initial thoughts is that the US version has a better finish.

Went to Bluewater HMV when the doors opened, no copies on any shelf, asked a member of staff who said they had none, bit weird as the doors only just opened but he said I will get one from out the back but someone had already pre ordered like 50 copies!!
Luckily is all minty and a great looking steel.

I am sure stores must be given limits on what they can sell to people-the Wolverine 3d steelbook had a limit of 4-5 per person when pre-booked-maybe things are still that bad that HMV are selling these as quick as they can..

This is a risky proposition for a retailer like HMV who were thrown a lifeline by Hilco. The earlier they deplete the stock the better instead of sticking it on the shelves for long and marking down the price to get rid off it later.

I had to ask them too , they got me one from the stockroom.I saw that couple , they had a cardboard box full. There should be a limit , it's not fair.

just picked mine up from the uxbridge store. they seemed to have a whole box of them behind the counter. i asked how many were reserved, apparently including mine they only had 4 pre-orders.

so uxbridge have a load

Was going to venture into town on my lunch break today but it's a 40 minute round trip and couldn't be bothered, rang them and they has sold two already and had about 22 left. Guy said I should be ok if I go in tomorrow but just hope people don't go in buying them all for eBay? Might pick an extra copy for trade if I can to help someone out.
