Shipping is the same on both, it's a flat rate of $12 for one item and $17 for two.
So then if it is the same i should just order it from Kimchi and save 1 buck then unless one packages better than other or etc...
They are both pretty much the same, they pack well in boxes. You shouldn't have any issues with either of them!

Any news on which transfer was used would be greatly appreciated. Mine was despatched a couple of days ago 
Glad to report this release carries the US MGM transfer despite having the SC logo on the disc. Just arrived...beautiful.
Just ordered this movie ( along with the movie Let Me In) from Nova. Can't wait to get these two movies! 
Great to know, gonna order it now since this is true! I don't think I've seen this movie.. I saw the LA one many times. It was one of my favorite movies as a kid, I love snake lol
this is so much better film. I'm fan of Kurt and Carpenter but IMO escape from LA sucks ...
