This is a Sony release... so probably region free.

I'd buy with caution to be honest as not all of Sony's titles have been region free. The Social Network and the recent Zero Dark Thirty (both Sony titles in the US) are two that spring to mind that are region locked.

That is something I never understood. How can it cost $15 bucks to ship something across the freaking border? Heck is it cheaper to ship stuff to the UK then is it the Canada.

Shipping the other way is crazy too. I tried shipping something one time and was told I had to repackage it because packages sent to Canada required all CAPITAL LETTERS or it would be returned undeliverable. Crazy.

I joined the group buy for this one. I love me some Evil Dead (though I missed this in the theaters). I was in Vegas this weekend and was able to catch the musical version at the V theater (Planet Hollywood). I'd recommend it to all fans. Especially if you love Army of Darkness.
