Thanks just followed the link worked a treat. I had ordered this from Zavvioutlet on play.com. Worth paying more from Amazon because I know it will be posted well package.
Quick question..... this steelbook is £16.99 on play.com sold by zavvi.... rather than £24.99 on their website.
If i order through play.com now will money come straight out of my account or will it also work as a pre order??
I know some people pre ordered from uk entertainment and the money came straight out!!

Its the remake i mean, if you go to play.com and search evil dead steelbook, there is one remake listed by zavvi. but on zavvis website the same steelbook is £24.99. The remake is not a zavvi exclusive by looks of it. Perhaps you are thinking of zavvi exclusive evil dead 2?
I am not sure. It wasnt up for long, but was showing as their No.1 selling horror movie.
How ironic that Studio Canal are releasing a steelbook for The Evil Dead (remake) and Evil Dead II.
For people like me who keep their steelbooks alphabetical by studio, it'll look like Evil Dead II is the sequel to The Evil Dead (remake), with the original several shelves away with the rest of the Sony releases.
It might explain though why Evil Dead II has a mainly red and black design if the remake ends up going for a similar colour scheme.

I didn't even get the alert mail from Amazon at all, and it's already sold out? Hope it'd be Sony releases since Studio Canal always B...

I'm sure it isn't, the film is not popular enough to sell out a 4k+ run in a few hours.

There seems to be two listings for this on amazon. One was briefly live, then was taken off again. I don't think you have missed it.
