I don't think that it can't be the final artwork as that is the cinema poster slapped onto an SB cover, it still has the cinema release date on it.
True. But if you look at the regular Blu-ray and DVD versions they're essentially the same, complete with logos and certificates.
Add to that the Studio Canal steelbook of Evil Dead II is also red (and black) it's a pretty safe bet it'll look like that.
May well be the same, the others have probably just been trimmed to fit the image.
If they so stick with the poster for the standard BD I hope they do something different for the Steelbook, it would be nice if stood out.

If they do stick to that cover art surely they can't leave the " in cinemas April 18th " on there. The thing that makes me feel as if it could be final though is that it's an image of an actual finished steelbook rather than a poster. Let's hope it gets changed.
No longer showing up at Sainsburys Entertainment either, just went to order! Its showing sold out at Zavvi but as it should be live by now I assume it does actually mean SOLD OUT? But at THAT PRICE?
It seems quite odd to pull it, but then there has been very little information available for this (and the place beyond the pines)
I really hope this hasn't been cancelled.
