I had to do the same with a recent steelbook ordered from zavvi outlet, went through fine though
I had to last month when I asked for a replacement for a steelbook which arrived with a dent.
Didn't quite see the point, if I had been lying about it they would have found out as soon as I sent it back.
Once they sent me the returns label and even processed refund without asking for pictures. Few days after that I got an email to send photos which I already did when I contacted them the first time.

Yeah all the ones I want I already have...dammit! Annoys me that I used up a unique 10% code the other day to order Pines and now I could've just got it here and used the unique code another time...grr

Mine arrived yesterday. Really happy to have it, a little on the dull side but still looks great. My only issue like many others, mine is scratched. It's a very light hairline scratch on the front under the card. Anyone recon it's worth placing another order and sending back the worst copy!? Can you even do this with Zavvi!?

Any idea how many of these are left? Ordered via Zavvi outlet on Play and the idiots sent me Evil Dead 2 instead (which I already received!). Supposedly it takes 3 working days for them to respond 
I finally received mine and it was mint, until i removed the backing card, covered in scratches, 2 of them really deep gouging ones like others have had at the top and bottom with a few lighter paint chips too.
Seems studio canal are doing this, as this appeared mint when sealed so it must be happening with careless handling when sealing with the card.

It's not looking good for remaining stock, with so many people having this instead of their Evil Dead 2 copy and the amount of damaged copies reported.
Plus, the copies sent in error, have they all been received mint? The copies that were received mint and sent back, will they survive 2 trips?
Im sending my copy back but by the time i actually get down to a replacement i dont think there will be one for me. In my experience with zavvi, ive always had to ask them about my return, every time. Then they say send us proof of postage after 10 days then we will process. In total, i usually have to wait 3 weeks from point of enquiry to receiving refund or replacement which is disgusting
