CeDe shipping is always free. At least to Germany, that's the case. I think it will be the same for UK.

Yes, definitely. Once in stock (plus a few days) amazon UK have EU/US releases available via their import service. Don't get confused, they're still not UK releases, but they're cheaper and have free shipping returns, so a much easier experience.
