oooh that's harsh lol!

This film would have qualified for that as it really is one of those typical low budget horrors that has absolutely nothing to offer but a load of tired horror clichés, dreadful acting, and woeful script.

For anyone who's interested, this was released in the UK as 'The Asylum'.

Zavvi released their own 'limited to 500 copies' UK exclusive. (Same as Clown with the red Amaray case)

It's terrible!!!!

Looks like this has various titles then. It's Exeter in U.S, Asylum in the UK and Exitus in Germany! I think we should probably leave it as Exitus as that's the Steelbook title.
