Personally, if I was a steelbook collector (which I'm guessing most of you are, hence being on this forum!) I wouldn't wait for a price drop before going to an HMV to buy this. According to a shop I found selling this on ebay, there were only 2,000 copies produced, and it will most likely sell out PDQ.

It's doubtful it'll sell out anytime quickly. the film was a bit of a flop and the artwork is'nt anything special. More popular films like edge of tomorrow and the maze runner are still available in HMV and they have better artwork and are more reasonably priced.

I got mine from xtra-vision yesterday. Quite liked the film and think the steelbook looks good. Also value for money is good, 3D disc, 2D disc, bonus features disc and UV copy for £15.29. Only complaint would be xtra-vision's packaging (standard mailer envelope, not much protection, but had no damage)

Can't make up my mind whether to stick or twist on this one. I'd be gutted if I shelled out £23 and it went into the 2 for £25 a few weeks later. That's almost half the original price.

Was in my local earlier and they only had ONE copy of this left.

Surprisingly it was €22.99 so not sure why it's £22.99 in the UK?

Hopefully HMV here will match the UK price in Euro anymore!!!

New release steelbooks are usually €24.99 in HMV here for a one disc non 3D title. So I was surprised to be able to get this up for just under €20 online. Granted I used a discount code, but still.

Well, I ordered from Xtravision. They took the money then I woke up to a message via email saying that they have cancelled the order and that there is nothing left to do for me as they have not taken any money. This is the second poor dealing with this company I have had after they sent me a used game at Christmas which was advertised as new, which it clearly wasn't.

Is the allocation of online stock for this already sold out then?

I ordered on Saturday when it was available, then looked again yesterday when it had changed to "awaiting stock". Apparently, it's a 2000 print run. I wouldn't mind but I was in HMV yesterday and they had three. I looked it over and put it back as I (thought) I had one on the way and it was £23. Had I known this, I would have just picked it up there and then.

Collected my pre-order from Oxford street this morning. Of course they couldn't find the order and they scrabbled around in their cupboard for a few minutes until it was located . As I'd paid £19.99 as a deposit I expected to pay the £3 shortfall. But it rang up as paid in full.
