Expired Digital Copy / Ultraviolet Codes - Worthless? Any way to check before downloading?

I have gone through my collection and pulled a frighteningly amazing stash of unused codes.

Many show an expiration date that has passed.

How can I check to see if these downloads may still be available without actually downloading it yet?
(Sorta like how you can check the balance of a gift card without spending yet)

I don't think it's possible buddy. Either it will download or it won't but I'd imagine not if the expiration date has already passed.

I've had many still work after the expiration date has passed. Log out of vudu and try to redeem it, if it's invalid it will say "Something's not right. Re-enter your code." but if it's still valid it will ask you to log in.
