It did say that for like 20 mins then it disappeared. It hasn't cancelled as it's still there on my order summary. Oh well, might as well give the extra copy to my friend. I think I have been charged.

It will still be be in your order summary as you are only cancelling 1 of the 2 on order. When you go into the actual order it should have 2/1 in one of the columns.

They have done the same thing to mine, the processing cancellation has disappeared and now says awaiting stock pick.

Someone obviously thinks they are funny making me buy them when im trying to cancel.

Thanks for the replies guys. I actually made two separate orders. I thought I'd buy another copy just in case I get a damaged once but then decided just to risk it with one. Oh well, my friend will appreciate the extra copy. Hope I just don't convert him into a steelbook collector.

Not sure you can blame Zavvi for processing the payment for something you've ordered.

Yep, someone is reverting it back everytime i click it.

I checked my bank before i went to cancel this and 2 others and no money was taken, shortly after i cancel them and they get reverted on site, low and behold, they had taken the money

What a disgrace of a company.

Well thats not the problem, the problem is, they took the money AFTER i requested a cancellation, just to be arseholes.

The problem is that you requested cancellation when Zavvi had already started processing the order. I don't think Zavvi can be blamed because you forgot to cancel your pre-order.

No, not at all. They werent processing it, it was readily available to cancel and they hadnt taken the money until i cancelled them. They did it to spite me because they wanted to force me to buy them and not cancel.

Well the evidence is there, took the money shortly after i cancelled and they even reverted back the cancellation. I checked my banking app before i done the cancellations to see if i was too late, and they hadnt taken it.

These could have been cancelled at my request quite easily, but instead they thought they would just process the payment and 'trap' me into buying them.

Might have known you cant say anything about zavvi on here without the 'protectors' jumping to their defence

IT WAS AVAILABLE TO CANCEL and did showing processing cancellation in my summary !
If this had gone to awaiting dispatch I could understand but it had not !!

I'm not protecting Zavvi. But the fact remains that if you didn't want this, you should've cancelled it before the day that payment was due.

Oh, and if you think this forum is full of Zavvi protectors, I suggest you explore more. I personally think that they get a lot of undeserved stick from a lot of people.

I expect we will see dispatch notices from tomorrow as payment has shown on my card for all

Sod all food this month or Feb or March lots of cornflakes and slice bread with jam

We should see lot of Photos and Videos this weekend all Disney/Pixar Unboxings
