First off, I am not yet a ninja Secondly if you are based in the US, Amazon.com has plenty of new and used DVD copies of the extended edition for under $10 plus shipping.

Thanks but I don't need the DVD edition, just the digital copy disc. Universal sent me the code but I need the disc as well. That's what I'm asking help with.

So I bought this Steelbook on release day but decided to finally open it until today. It is a beautiful Steelbook! Glossy with some bling on the front. This one can not be fully appreciated in the shrink wrap!
