Amazon has taken payment earlier today but strangely its showing to be delivered on the 14th, never had this before they have always turned up next day.

Yeah, ill see in the morning if there's any difference in the delivery date.
 
So does this have 4K, or did they did a 4K restoration then scale down to 1080p?

4K scan restoration means negative was scanned at 4K
From that scan the restoration is done

Restoration Scan can be done at 2K/4K/6K/8K etc

Ok so it’s a Blu-ray based off the 4K restoration. Which means at some point they’ll be able to release it in 4K should they choose
