Been looking for reviews, and htey're sparse, but this guy shows images of Blu vs 4K and the 4K is a lot sharper and the colors look pretty solid.

How come these comparisons always look like those early corporate advertisements for a new format. When Blu-ray was being promoted, DVD picture looked dull and like VHS while Blu-ray was bright and colorful.
Then they repeated that with UHD, making BD picture look worse than DVD.
Basically all I see is brightness and color hiked up - I can do that myself.
I know he's excited, and he himself says those are only 'representative', but they feel fake.
I haven't opened my Blu-ray set still, can't believe it looked that dull...

There is quite a bit of evidence out there suggesting that this guy is a fraud who creates fake 4k images which are just artificially sharpened, contrast and colour boosted 1080p shots. Also evidence that his "exclusive" screen grabs are actually taken from other sources. Just search for "in search of physical media fake" and you'll find various Reddit threads with evidence.

One thing I do like about WB is those boxes they sending increasingly more releases in nowadays.

Shame the Friends box itself looks a bit thin.

The art choices are mostly erratic and poor on the digipacks, except the purple apartment block one, that's cool. The food one is atrocious though. I'd wait for a sale but that food one is enough for me to lose a fair bit of interest in grabbing this.

Yeah, since I've decided to watch the extended cuts only available on DVD, and have the wide digibook Blu-ray edition, this one just for Polaroid pics isn't worth it right now.
