Doesn't make sense when both Germany and the USA were region free
It's nothing to do if another country Blu-ray Disc is region free
All Eureka Blu-rays releases are Region Locked to Region B
It don't matter if it was region free in another country it won't be with Eureka.
All Eureka Blu-ray's every release is region locked to Region B

I agree with you. But, for example, all Lionsgate discs are B locked in England. Some companies completely ignore/miss the opportunity to have their products sold world wide. I´m buying this just for the steelbook itself. My fears that it would be b locked were justified at the end. Now I´ll have to buy the disc elsewhere. Part of the game.

It is the exact same pressing as the one coming out in the UK. The master for the UK, USA and Germany is the same.
You can't compare the inferior German one to this (it didn't even have HD audio) and the Eureka one has different exclusive features to the Twilight Time one.

This is a whole new product. It's different from the previous releases.

I'm just talking about the picture and sound. They all come from the same master. Not talking about extras. If it's just picture and sound you're after the german one is handy and have seen as cheap as 9 euros.

The German one doesn't have DTS-HD audio though. Just regular old DVD quality Dolby Digital. Whats the point in having top end equipment then? May as well just watch the DVD in that case!

Most people are getting this for the Steelbook case and the quality extras anyway.

Well, if the image is the same I'll see which one is cheaper. I agree that the extras would be a plus especially if they have new material with the late Roddy Macdowell from whom I'm a fan. It really sucks not being able to watch the extras.
So I thank both you, @Lollard2002 and @BluSteel2012 , for the extra info you brought on this subject. Along with Paul's info you all helped me. Thanks guys!
