Not sure about the subs but I would imagine so. Do you mean ebay sellers. I don’t think anyone will have this at cost now it’s long sold out. Ebay or the trading section is probably your best chance to pick it up.

So apparently Paramount now has the rights to Miramax properties in the U.S so 4K SteelBooks of From Dusk Till Dawn and Scream are coming to the U.S. in October. Scream Oct. 19th. Dusk Oct. 26th.

I really really hope this is a chance for all the Scream’s to have steelbooks, crossing my fingers.
