No title on the spine is not a killer for me...an ugly as hell poorly designed front and back cover is. This steelbook looks great where it counts....Thor The Dark World does not.

I really don't understand the no title spine thing. That would look so dumb on a shelf! I don't mind title-less fronts, but only if they were all like that. Switching halfway into a "collection" is just ridiculous.

I've cancelled my order, and hope Zavvi takes note and gets things back on track. If not, it would appear my steelbook collecting days are numbered, as I much prefer the regular amaray art to this.

I care about the spine...it is just not a purchase killer for me if it lacks a title. As long as the rest of the steelbook is pretty I'm happy. Would I prefer it had a title on the spine? Yes I do but it is not the most important thing to me.

I just saw the movie today... Apart from the too much singing in the beginning, I truly enjoyed this Disney.
but now seeing the updated artwork makes me sooo sad since it won't fit with all the others...

Asian steels... we're counting on you!

Well hopefully they arn't because it's going to spoil the look of the other Disney steelbooks. When you have a "collection" of Steelbooks which follow roughly the same design and then come across something like this it looks out of place.

It would of been better if all of them were designed like this but they didn't do that.

It was bad enough when they did it to Monsters University.

I guess I should have made myself more clear. CLassics need to follow the standard art with name printed. I am talking more on the lines with the new movies coming out. Either way it wont matter as you will see these titles with slips.

Zavvi does not make the steelbook. They only sell what is given to them. How can you say or imply this is zavvi?

This is like Thors opposite for me. Same spine issues but I like the rear cover, the front is whats spoiling it for me, not the best choice and doesn't look right

To tell you the truth the nameless front does not bother me. If the finishing product is gloss then this steelbook would be awesome. Shame I did not like the film or I would have ordered it.

While this artwork does look amazing, Zavvi should remove this as one of their Disney Collection steels. The artwork is NOT consistent with the rest of the collection especially since it does not have a title. It really should never have been part of the collection anyway, I assume they will continue to add more titles that are legacy after this. Planes, WIR, and Frozen should be removed (just from the collection) and just sold as Zavvi exclusives. I bet they will release 6 more titles later this year all with the DVD artwork that matches the rest of the collection.

Just noticed the change in art. Is it the final version? I much preferred the previous mock-up. It was so good it actually encouraged me to go ahead and pre-order, even though I have yet to see the film. I'll have to reconsider this one, sadly.

I also think that this steelbook dont match with the others from zavvi`s disney exclusives.
Dont know if i should cancel my order. I will wait till the release is pretty near and than think about it again. Without an embossed title, i think there is no chance!

Mismatched artwork for Frozen aside, why should Frozen and Wreck-It-Ralph be excluded from the collection? They are both Disney Classics produced by Disney Animation Studios, after all...

The reason clearly seems to be due to the same movie being released under different names worldwide but giving this an excuse for not printing the English title in English speaking countries is lame.

Had no idea that this was also a title-less steel.
I can understand either no title on front but title on spine, or the other way around, but I do like a title SOMEWHERE.
My only exception is the UK Avengers steel, but at least that had the Avengers 'A' logo on the front.

I complained to Zavvi either way........well....not really complaining to be honest just a simple heads up like "Get this s*** sorted for the future please".

No point just complaining on here about it, as I've said before I know it's Disney's fault but even then if Zavvi are selling the product for them then they must be able to get in touch with them somehow even if it's to say how people are complaining and how they don't want title-less artwork for the future because they want the collections artwork to be consistent with one another. How can a place sell a product for someone if they are making things no many people like.

I just politely pointed out how this trend has got to stop, I could get past Thor 2 but not this. I even posted a link to this forum.

I know many will believe this is pointless but it's better then nothing, makes me feel like I've tried to do something at the end of the day instead of just complaining
