UPDATE: Their customer service got back to me a second time and said that they would process the partial credit back to me. Persistence is key...

It was shipped the 23 of last month and it actually arrived the 5th. So it took 8 working days to get here

Same here, I ordered on the 7th though and Paypal payment is processing and still no dispatch email. First time ordering from them so not sure if this the norm.
