While I love the package completely here, I want to add my concern over not releasing with blu-ray discs. I fear this is paving the way for justifying putting only digital codes in releases, and I would hate that. We buy steelbooks because we love physical media for our movies. Hopefully this is a one-off, but it does worry me.

Absolutely ridiculous. IMO no matter what their situation is, not wanting to release past their scheduled date, they should have postponed until the Blu-Ray gets approved(which it would). But rushing a release and now no physical medial included in a premium edition is bulls***

I believe it’s a financial decision. To keep the business going.

But I still don’t agree with it, a disc should be included and not just the f**king soundtrack

It’s not new though, it’s been done before with zeta (IT Chapter 2 etc) and I suppose in a way it’s no different to locked discs (manta revenant and la la land) but again I don’t agree with it

Hmm. Now that I think of it, I wonder if I would go in for Premium Edition Classic Rock CD Steelbooks with slips and a booklet. Glossed and embossed of course.

I probably wouldn't be able to help myself if they did.

Bring it on!
Why settle for CD? I'm thinking steelbook vinyl. :)

I knew somebody was going to bring up vinyl.

I'm not a fan of vinyl. I don't have a turntable. I gave up turning over discs years ago.
It's the reason why I never bought a Laserdisc player back in the day.

OK, F-it, let's all join in together ready for our LE OST's and have a HDN Frozen sing-along :woot::oohyeah:

:sing::sing: That's what I was gonna say!

I've never met someone

Who thinks so much like me!
Jinx! Jinx again!
Our mental synchronization
Can have but one explanation

Nice voice.

:sing:
Say goodbye
Say goodbye
To the pain of the past
We don't have to feel it anymore!
Love is an open door!
Love is an open door!
Life can be so much more!:sing:

we can just put the discs, this is about the steelbook n slips.

That’s a given for sure it’s about the steel and slips but the reduction in price with no disk release are not realistic for all. It does not cover the actual price I have to pay to add the disks to the release. But I’m no stranger to add or swap disks to any release to make it my own ;)

If my memory is correct wasn't the OST CD included in Blufans original release of Frozen sung in Chinese? Will this be the case with this release too?

I knew somebody was going to bring up vinyl.

So a CD walks up to a vinyl: "you're still on the needle, sis?"

Anyway, bad jokes aside...not sure what to think about this. Well, it's not difficult to just add a disc in it at home, but this means double costs... I hope this one will have a fair price.

price defo needs to be fair. Possibly their cheapest release I would of thought

So SMLife was able to license a Blu-ray+OST release but not Blufans/Fanatics???.. Blufans/Fanatics needs to find out what contract agreement Smlife has with Disney.
