I received Captain America WS from Amazon.com a couple of days ago and I'm really disappointed with it. Very poor paint finish on the face and shield with various scuff marks on the head. The box also has some minor creasing at the top which makes me wonder if I might have been sent a customer return. I don't know whether to contact Amazon or not as it's a low value item and the cost of returning it would be too much. Probably just have to purchase another one .

i've seen a lot of the WS cap's with bad paint and flaws... its very common, so if you get a replacement it might be the same or worse... My gitd cap has some paint issues too btw

I also have this figure and the paint job is terrible, mine has blue paint on his nose and a few other flaws.

Amazon won't do anything about the paint flaws but if you tell them about the fact the box was damaged, they will refund you.

I had a bunch from them all damaged I complained on the online chat and they refunded me and allowed me also keep them as obviously it would have been too much for me to return them to US from the UK.

I don't know if this is the usual policy but it's worth contacting them.

Many thanks for the info folks. As this seems to be a common problem I won't bother to buy another one.

The box itself wasn't badly damaged, just a couple of creases at the top where someone may have opened it. If there would have been tears or other damage then I would contact Amazon but as it's not too bad I'll just accept that I've got a bad one.

'Staypuft' and 'Blood-Spattered Prison Guard (TWD)' have turned up (will post pics later) and 'Staypuft' has a paint smudge on one eye ....oh, well .

I have bought most of my Pops from Amazon.com as, even with shipping, they tend to work out cheaper.

I want to start a new convo. Hopefully ALL of you will decide to get involved!!!

Last time we talked about which POP!s that do not exist that we would like to see made. Well, now I would like to see everyone's top 10 list of the (existing) POP!s that they most want in their collection. If it goes over 10, no worries. I'm thinking my list probably will too LOL. I hate using this word because I feel like it's completely overused (both in POP!s & in steelbooks), but what are your 10-ish "Grails"???

These are mine, in no particular order:

-Batgirl (Black): SDCC 2010 Exclusive (Only 240 made)

-Tony Stark (Unmasked Iron Man): SDCC & Toycon 2013 Exclusive (# of figures unknown...to me)

-Martian Manhunter: Either the regular version or SDCC 2011 Metallic Variant (Only 480 made - This is probably the one I'm after the MOST right now!) [Retired]

-Metallic Gold Dumbo: SDCC 2013 Exclusive (Only 48 made)

-Shazam!: Regular version (I will never own the Chase variant LOL) [Retired]

-Two-Face: Regular version [Retired]

-Penguin: Regular version (Again, I will never own the $600 Chase variant LOL) [Retired]

-Holographic Darth Maul: SDCC 2012 Exclusive (Only 480 made)

-Dark Knight Rises Batman (Patina Variant): SDCC 2012 (Only 480 made)

-Freddy Funko: Metallic Winged Monkey (from Wizard of Oz) - SDCC 2011 (Only 12 made)

-Mars Attacks Martian: Regular version (I like him better than the metallic or Freddy Funko) [Retired]

-Green Arrow: Regular version (I'm pretty sure this guy will be on a lot of your lists. I think he best suits the term "Grail") [Retired]

-Aquaman: Regular version (I like the regular version best) [Retired]

-Metallic Captain America: SDCC 2011 Exclusive (Only 480 Made - I'd like to have him to sit next to my unmasked metallic Capt.)

-Metallic Gold V for Vendetta: SDCC 2012 Exclusive (Only 480 made - Probably my favorite comic book/graphic novel movie made to date. Would love to have him to sit next to the regular version I've recently acquired)

These are the 10-ish that I wish I had in my collection the most right now. Some of them I will never own (believe it or not, there is a price point that I consider ridiculous to pay for a single POP!), and some of them I'm in constant search of (I will buy once I get the "right" deal). So my question to you guys is...What 10-ish would you like to have MOST in your collection right now???

Im still fairly new to these but my top 10 would be the remaining ones I need to finish my avengers, guardians of galaxy collections:

(All walking dead blood splatter, if possible)
1) Prison yard Rick
2) Maggie
3) Carol
4) Carl

5) Rocket Raccoon (flocked, if possible)
6) Groot
7) Gamora (think thats her name (still waiting for my taiwan steel to arrive to finally watch the film))

8) Iron Man (unmasked is so rare)
9) thor without helmet (to match my metallic unmasked Captain)
10) Hulk
11) Black Widow
12) Hawkeye (dont even know if they is one but if not there probably will be soon)

If I eventually get all tyem then id try and get a few more game of thrones and eventually tv arrow wave

Both really as some are quite hard to find for a good price. Dont think ive seen any of avengers or guardians in stock in the uk

Since your in the UK, I would go with somewhere within the UK, I ordered a few from amazon.com and they came so badly damaged the packaging was non-existent.

They have the new dancing groot in HMV, and this site has both versions of him, great company that we use, wonderful packaging, and free postage

They do not currently have a Hawkeye POP!. However, they are making one for the series from the upcoming Avengers film. I'm looking forward to adding him as well!

Recieved bloody biker daryl & drax yesterday but pick tyem up from post office earlier. In fact received all the pops ive ordered now so will take some pics of my collection tomorrow. So far I got:

Captain america metallic, unmasked star lord & Drax for marvel.

Jon snow beyond the wall exclusive for game of thrones.

Riot gear glenn, bloody biker daryl, michonne & headless hershel for walking dead.

Then gold smaug.

I'd have to say that my current personal Grail is Hangover Alan. I had him on order with Zavvi for months and they couldn't get hold of it so they cancelled the order and removed him from sale, since then he has been retired (I believe) and is currently listed on the bay for £60+.
I'd also like to have all the Big Bang Theory Sheldon variants (different tshirts).
Other than Arrow(coming 2015) I can't think of any that are must haves, although the White Lantern Justice Leaguers would be a cool set to obtain.

Good call, Alvin! Reverse Flash is up there on my list as well. Would love to have the GITD one, but not a must.

there probably will be but his suit is more yellow/black... instead of the yellow/red of the original. Plus im on a mission to collect all the flash pops and all im missing is the reverse and chase so when they do release the new line later this year, im sure it'll drive the price up even more and make it even harder to find the pieces im looking for

There are 2 reverse flash POP!s. One is GITD & one isn't.
