In the UK, there's an independent comic book store called A Place In Space, they have a shop in Croydon, have an ebay store and attend all of the Comiccon events.
They usually have a pretty big selection of POPs on sale.

They have a pretty solid selection. If anyone is ever in the area... this place is a must.

Well lets add Finland to the mix There´s no huge selection of pop´s in these stores (at least where i am from) but these are the only ones that sell funko´s here, if somebody knows some other places, please let me know
