It's been removed from the site, which will mean the sale has been pulled for whatever reason, not sold out. Any orders will probably be cancelled, I have had amazon orders delivered from pulled listings before though, so have to wait and see.

The black and chrome steel? No. It may not even be released, as there's only one other listing at a Swiss retailer. We will have to wait and see. The film didn't do all that well, so it wouldn't surprise me if the whole B&C 4K disc idea was scrapped.
