I agree with blumark007 that it's good ES put cancellations straight back up for sale, but ES have to also accept that there are better options now available for this release. With a premium price, they need to up the extras if they wish to compete with other alternatives in future releases.

A slip, art cards, individual numbered editions, individual artwork, bonus discs; they are what now command a premium price. This has none of those.

Here we go I bet everyone on here is ready to get the daggers into ES now. So what if there's been some cancellations, this is the same way it goes for every steelbook more or less the only difference is ES puts the ancellations up within 10 minutes where others batch them all together for offer of sale at a later date. This is great work from ES getting exclusives all at a brilliant price too. What is with all the stock updates every 2 seconds, get a life guys come on.

People are putting up stock updates so members who may of missed out may get a chance to purchase one.

Agreed.

I originally had two on preorder but then dropped down to just 1 and then I cancelled that once US exclusive was announced.

has anyone checked completed listings on the bay? some have gone for little over £20, big loss for some sellers!
I have cancelled my spare copy now, as I will probably get versions from other countries too, so can just keep my ES one sealed and open a different one to watch.
I still want an ES one, but in 2 minds whether I might get one below retail price later on.
I don't see it rising In value now.
looking forward to seeing it in the flesh, hoping for a real classy effort for the premium price.

Shed loads are being cancelled as this is being released globally.

I'll be getting one copy for myself + US + Blufans and maybe a cheap NL one later on for viewing.

I really hope this doesn't put Entertainment Store off doing another exclusive. If they were to do an exclusive for World War Z but only produced four thousand copies, then it would be great. They could produce exclusive artwork, slipcover, sticker etc. I think this release has shown that they need to either reduce the price of their releases or really step it up to match what Blufans, Kimchi etc. are doing.

I think this will serve as a wake up call that we don't like encourage higher price and high print runs unless there is something extra offered.

Well seems the demand for this has fallen drastically, i will cancel mine too for spare copies. Doesnt help with other countries having same artwork and adding more stuff to it and then ES charging more for less.

It makes me laugh reading some of these comments as some of the people now complaining and cancelling their orders are the same people who were defending ES's pricing structure with that all illusive english j-card.

You reap what you sow :hilarious:
