Just cancelled my order....they cancelled my H & G for their mistake and their only response (both PLAY and ES) was sorry our mistake but nothing we can do (after a few e-mails - then they just stopped replying avoiding my suggestions)...So I have decided if I am missing H & G I will give up all together on the ES exclusives.

Charged early but at least you know your order is safe. It seems many aren't being so fortunate.
