Yes. Sounds like 2D versions in this steelbook and the 2D only steelbook are 123 min. long extended editions(完全制覇ロングバージョン) and 3D version is 110 min. long theatrical edition.

Now I wonder if this really has a border or if they used a wrong picture. If it is embossed or debossed it would be something special. But I guess it will be the same as the others. The pictures shown for the US Version before release had also a border.
