Interesting release, artwork is nice enough, Tupac the rap legend on steelbook. 
gonna get (when price comes down) now bring bullet and gridlock'd too.

Still remember buying the soundtrack to this the day it came out.
I just know this will be £14.99/£15.99 and I don't agree with that so didn't want to get it full price. Might be big print run but I doubt it.

Not a fan of posters - being folded/creased an' all - and give me artcards any day of the week.
Regarding FINISH: Looking at the sheen on the visible part on the top opening edge above the spine on the mock-up I'd hazard a guess and say that this will be a gloss steelbook - same feeling applies to THE THREE AMIGOS steelbook.
Regarding ARTWORK: This is from the original poster (the better of the two choices) designed by BE DESIGN of L.A. and hopefully will have the tagline "THE BEST PLACE TO HIDE IS BEHIND A BADGE" under the title as it is on the poster.
Regarding TRIVIA: A few items that may be of interest:
- Tupac Shakur's last film (1971 - 1996)
- F*** and its derivatives used 165 times (quite a modest number when compared to the 569 in "Wolf of Wall St.", 422 in "Casino", 392 in "Straight Outta Compton", 300 in "Goodfellas", 269 in "Reservoir Dogs", 260 in "The Big Lebowski" or the 228/227 in "Menace II Society" and "Gridlock'd")
- Working title = CRIMINAL INTENT
