Got my copies in today too, about 3-4 hours before I received the shipping notificaiton from Zavvi.

If they could hurry up and ship Berserk they'd be all caught up!

I also had to use my Blade Runner November 2019 hardware/software to back out from the cat, go around the cat, zoom in to steelbook, reposition, zoom in to steelbook, zoom out etc and so forth; took me forever to get the commands right from the original polaroid

I could have watched the film once over than go through that palaver again :naughty:

Neither has my HMV. Maybe to do with the time of the year and overworked staff. Have some patience!
I've become so accustomed to everything arriving the next day any delay feels intolerable. Used to be the norm to wait a week for something but now that's what I expect from stuff coming half way round the world.

They did send out the email saying it won't ship until the 15th so not exactly shocking it might not have arrived for some as that's today but they probably could have done a better job of actually notifying when shipping takes place. Given the time of year it's not really that shocking their admin might be a bit sloppy, it is better they focus on shipping product as fast as possible.

This arrived today from Zavvi, scratched 4K disc and a huge split-like scratch in the middle of the PET sleeve. Nice.
That sucks but fortunately you can still snag a replacement from Amazon as they're showing in stock.

Probably not, really don't wanna go through the hassle of ordering it to mainland Europe and then returning it (and having to pay for the return costs). It just sucks every 3rd or 4th order nowadays comes with some kind of production fault, really takes the fun out of it.

Ahh that's different then, I assumed you were in the UK where it's real easy to order/return from both Zavvi and Amazon. You should still complain to Zavvi though, they've offered partial refunds to avoid a return in the past and I reckon you're owed at least that.

I've slotted this inside the previous UK collector's edition slip and sold that steel (which I was never very fond of anyway tbh, apart from the inside art). Switched the discs around too. The code artwork discs from that release match the interior of this steel far better. Net, this only cost me about £3. Can't grumble.
