I want this but I keep hearing this ones matte and this ones glossed if I get that then I'll swap it for this! Thank God a FilmArena edition is so much more than just the steelbook!
Did the same but I have a question about it. Does this mean that we have a copy secured now? Or is it that the first people that respond to that mail get one?
Haven't ordered that way before, so does anyone know?
I think its just like other retailers.
If they get cancellation and your first in the list you get email to secure it.

It's specifically stated in the title and purchase link (that I used for purchasing) on this page that it was for a FAC version!!! Well that's just great

The date will be changed and is irrelevant as it is not possible to purchase the FAC edition from FA Website.
Before this FAC edition goes live for Pre-Order for still collectible numbers on FA Website, Karel will have done the Group Buy for it BEFORE hand.
No News as of now as to when the pre-order for still collectible numbers will start, like I said they will be after Karel's Group Buy.
Dude you're getting on my nerves now. You were taking the pi$$ by hinting that I've been a member since 2012 so should have known what I was doing. Now you're acting all hurt because I didn't take that snarky comment in good humour? If I've just wasted money on the wrong edition then a post like yours is the last thing I needed to see straight after. If you really were feeling sorry for me then why mock my mistake?!
Added a note to the OP to clarify the FAC edition hasn't been released yet and its release date is unknown.
@ChrisIW Sorry to hear that but please be fair to those that already commented and tried to help understand the situation. It was always clear that the FAC is coming but that it has not yet been released. The purchase link in the OP was - as is usual for all FAC threads here (and as @paulboland pointed out) - for the standard edition. Also, the low price as well as the not-yet-gone-live GB (as @Actarus mentioned) should have indicated this as well. Yes, I do know this doesn't help anymore but let's just dial down the conversation a bit for this. After all, we're a friendly community here and I'm sure no one here wants to "mock" you for what can happen to anyone with similar listings just as it did to you this time. 
Now, as for your purchase, you should try writing Filmarena and explain that you expected the FAC due to a confusing description and that you'd like to request a return/refund because of that. Apart from this and hoping for a positive response, I however fear there is not much that can be done about this.
Or you could try to sell it.
On a release note: can't wait for the beauty shot!

I appreciate what you're trying to say, but Jesus Christ!!! Why am I being made out to be the bad guy?! Yes I realise I made a mistake, it can happen even to long term members! My original post merely asked if anyone had received a copy from FA because I wasn't sure which version I had ordered. The next thing I know someone makes an unprovoked dig at me for making this mistake despite being a member since 2012.
I was happy to move on but @jailbird_joey and now you keep bringing it up. If you want to "dial it down", ask the guy that emflamed the situation in the first place. I don't flare up without good reason - he didn't even apologize for what he said FFS

Whose situation I understood, felt sorry for, and yes, if a half sleep state realised was a member twice as long as me,, so then I felt stupid thinking I'd be the person explaining anything,,, I guess this point hit a nerve due to the $hittee situation, sorry about that //
As I say even long term members can make mistakes, there was no need to turn your sympathy around into something dickish just because I've been around the forum for a few years. Anyway, it's not even that big a deal, so let's move on with a bit of humour...
