I will probably end up going FAC route as it is supposed to have both 4k and 3D together and steel book art is the same. So I won't have to double dip here.
although some 3D parts were great to look at!

Steelbook.com now have this north American version listed as GLOSSY on their site whereas they have the European version listed as SPOT GLOSSED AND DEBOSSED.

Just came here to post this.
I thought they might go flat and glossy for the NA release. It's a shame it won't have the debossing of the worldwide release, but I think this is a case where the art really benefits from being full gloss.
Guess I'll be getting both.
I would have preferred full gloss for the UK release. We will have to wait and see which looks better in hand.

The spine slashes are not always the retailer fault. if it is under the shrinkwrap its done in manufacturing

Debossing with spot gloss is fine when the gloss covers >50% of the artwork and not just the title. Spot glossing just the title is becoming an annoying trend to me. It clearly shows the Studios are cutting corners.
