If thats the artwork...its a BIG no for me. Worse looking artwork imo. I am seriously thinking it might be...why else would they use that on their site? Never seen that artwork before and pic looks like a steelbook.

They aren't going to release something that looks as bad as that surely, that is offensively bad. But the TBC is normally included so people don't panic or throw up over their keyboards after seeing it.

I'd say it's just a placeholder. I'm kind of sad that it isn't a Play.com exclusive. The artwork on their steelbooks has been great. With other retailers being involved you can only imagine artwork that Play have not been able to get as involved in the design as with their exclusives. I hope i'm wrong though.

I'm guessing it is the studio that decides the artwork when it's not store exclusive?

The thing that is kind of weird though is I can't find that artwork on any other blu-ray release? I mean usually they just put up some existing artwork when it's suppose to be temp.

Which brings to question, should we be worried they actually will be using something like this or is it fan-made artwork taken from somewhere?

Plain black background with the Ghost on the front. So simple and easy

Well Snolly...Red-Black would be perfect - just give it a try and mail it to Sony Pictures, maybe they can make you a deal then I really like that artwork, more than the blue or green one.

I'm liking the blue one snolly! They would have to do something pretty bad to mess this up. Surely they can't get it wrong! Blue with the ghost on the front, a little bit of embossing wouldn't hurt too! Lol

OMG that is HORRIBLE artwork! It better not be that art or I will be very pissed.

All black is the way to go, mabey throw some red in there, thats it.

The blue one is actually not bad, kind of pops out.

The green one reminds me of the DVD 2 pack release, so no.
