These are both titles that have already released on 4K. They’re now asking for a double-dip. The $44.99 price point is more common for movies that have not previously been released on 4K UHD Blu ray.

$33.99 seems to be the price point for re-released 4K steelbooks from Paramount (unless it's a Mondo X).
Braveheart, Gladiator, Hunt For Red October all $33.99. Shutter Island is $32.99 (close enough).

Probably not specifically for this release but perhaps Paramount has done so in the past for a previous 4K release.
There isn't any information about it on Amazon's site.
