I think the embossing is dreadful, the way it just stops and cuts through the title is bad. I think it would have looked perfectly nice with just the title embossed as the artwork and finish is really nice.

It looks nice but the embossing on Godzilla himself is pretty awful, would have looked nicer if he wasn't embossed at all but instead if the steelbook was a nice matte finish with Godzilla and the title spot glossed

Yeah. The straight on angle where you can't tell it looks beautiful, but the images showing the building top edges creeping into the emboss, and the combined emboss of logo with Godzilla himself look funny.

Yeah, the emboss looks like Godzilla fighting a bad greenscreen background.

You're crazy, man Without the gloss this would be pretty awful.

I'm not a huge fan of that embossing but I bet it will look much better in hand. I think @Apollon has it right - a nice deboss with gloss.
