I saw the metalpak version @ Fry's a couple of days ago. Far better than the steelbook.
That being said, a re-release for a recently released movie. Oh my!!! Price is good, but does it come with 3D disc?

I picked this one up yesterday and based on the price i'm actually happy with it.
It has
- NO inside artwork,
- only some score on the back (producer, studio etc.) and
- spott gloss on the title

The original release had inside artwork whereas this doesn't.

Utterly shameless, cheap re-release, but that's WB and the cash cow for you. I've already got the Futurepak with the same artwork, superior embossing front and back and inside artwork.

If people are bothered and annoyed with these cheap re-releases, then stop buying them and let the film studios know, after all, they are ONLY interested in profit, nothing more and nothing less.

You can also tell by looking at the front of the slip. The first print has a black slip with blue banner, whereas this re-release has a full blue slip.

Good tip -- I guess I accidently picked up the first G release a few weeks ago...
MM did a price match, to their own WWW last year when I went in-store to buy something -
I saw G on the shelf for 12.99€ - looked on the phone - saw it for 9.99€...mentioned it - girl smiled and printed a new Invoice to pay with -
Seems they price matched the first version for the re-release price...

Is there a Re-Release/Version + description list somewhere, that people refer to?
Or is the black with blue banner or full blue banner 1/4 slip the WBros pattern?

I'm not sure what you're asking.

I noticed these differences in this particular title and Edge of Tomorrow. Not sure if this applies to other WB titles. Another way to tell would be if they have different SKU/EAN/UPC
