i would go with amazon.ca any problems they sort it there customer service is very good and from the sounds of things axelmusic customer service is zero.

They state that as a disclaimer but in my experience with Axel they are the best at packaging steelbooks., and theres never any customs fees.

I ordered Sin City from them and packaging was awful which to no surprise come through badly damaged. As they shipped it they put that disclaimer up on their website so I didn't have a leg to stand on.

Now I have a damaged SB in my collection which is completely worthless. I won't be ordering from them again

Yeah they used to get alot of compaints about this, since they put that disclaimer they seemed to of packaged there items much much better. Sorry for your loss buddy.

Hi coxy, normally found Axel to be great, but today had 6 in a box with a couple of those Airplus bags and that was it, as justintime2k says usually a small box and jiffy around that. Still gonna try with my dented 2001 as was a manufacturing defect not their packing.

Amazon.ca appear to be still selling this, whilst they have pulled others.

Had a small dent on front and paint chips that were not visible until I removed shrinkwrap. Just picked it up from Future Shop. At least it has inside art.

I hope Zavvi make a new steelbook with a embossed title and the dead man on the front cover(like the theatrical poster and all DVD and Blu-ray Covers).
