My thoughts exactly. Gloss with spot matte finish instead of the other way around would have been different.
Not the same finish, not even close. German is zero finish, UK is a lowly matte.
i may got this down the road when cheaper, not a fan of the art but i love the film, i just not crazy about having it right away....
speaking about the artwork, not the finish
btw, do you have both? Now i'm curious, it could be interesting to see them in a side by side comparison

Opened mine yesterday. What an unspiring design and Steelbook. The back is almost blank. Even custom glossng didn't help.

postman left mine in the bin cupboard, it came with quite a bit of cardboard around it so didnt fit through the letter box, it must have been there for 2 days. I havent watched it yet but am really looking forward to seeing it in 3D.
UK and Ireland Post delivery
Royal Mail Post can only be delivered to home must be through the letter box or a official outside post box if it does not fit a attempt must be made to deliver in person to member of the house or a missed noticed left sorry we missed you or a notice if left at a neighbours address
Usually kept for 3-5 days for pick up at Postal delivery depo before returned to sender
Left in a Bin outside is not delivered post in UK or Ireland
Make a complaint to your postal service
In other countries like USA a delivery can be left outside on your porch etc but not in UK or Ireland
My postman leaves stuff in my outside cupboard - I always worry that someone walking past may see him do it and then help themselves! Particular worrying with my Thor Future Shop on it's way!!

The postmen round my way don't seem to care too much either, they just leave my parcels lying on the doorstep. When play.com had their closing down sale, I had 8 steels lying there for more than a day. Luckily my neighbourhood isn't too sketchy.
