Yup that's the way the German and HMV ones are, with a J-cover too on the German and probably on the HMV release. Hope they use sensible amounts of glue.

Yup that's the way the German one is with a J-cover too.

Looking at the current image, it appears to me that the top with the blue banner above the text might be part of a foldover cardboard piece.

I think it's almost guaranteed that the base design is the same worldwide...just potentially cardboard with different text or printing.

I think it might be John - I just noticed the French title (in much smaller font) a little bit ago.

But then imagine if that word was debossed or embossed too - hahahah - lookout! :eek:
