I am sorry for that outburst guys (and you Blumark) it was out of order. I know everyone has their opinion but I'm really sick of being forcefed his sugar coated opinion of Zavvi at every turn. I've really had enough of it and I WILL use the ignore option.

Credit where credit is due, good stuff Zavvi!

It's win/win for both parties because now we are happy & more likely to buy it. I was not intending to get this, but I will now!

A step in the right direction. :)

so that's cool and all that they corrected it... but since nobody seems to wanna mention it, I suppose I will.

Just curious... anyone else notice the right side is um.... blank?

or maybe I have a cataract in my right eye or something. :dunno:

I think that's the point, mate..at least it's now consistent and not 2 entirely different images from the different movies.

Props to Zavvi when they do listen. Now what about the ones that haven't been addressed yet (Goonies, Prestige..) ?

I am tempted with the cleaner inside art but only if this drops a couple of quid. I need to start putting a spend limit on these catalogue releases where the amaray can be or has been picked up for 3-6 quid.

nice to see some more appropriate artwork instead of a character from the wrong movie and that Zavvi is listening to the feedback, but something other then a blank right side would be ideal- hoping there is more to come with some replacement art

What difference does it make if the right side is blank or not? If there was artwork there, we would only have people moaning that the disc is covering the artwork. If the inside artwork is white and not plain silver (it's difficult to tell from the mockup), then I think it will look great :)

Fair point and actually think if it's white that would look pretty clean, just hoping its not a plain "no art" dull silver as I think that would just look strange. Personal preference would be a single image for the whole inside art and not two distinct ones like this started out anyway

Pretty sure that inside artwork will be silver. We very rarely see white used and it looks more silver than white to me in the mock up.

With that logic, every right side would be blank. Who moans about discs covering artwork on the right side? Full interior art is the standard and when the disc is removed, the artwork would be visible like any other steelbook. Blank right side is not normal.

Anyway... I still ordered this :hilarious:

Have you not seen the various complaints about discs covering inside artwork? I can think of Withnail & I off the top of my head where the artwork selected by HDN was flipped due to feedback from this forum.

Yes I knew that, but that was because the left side would have been "blank" or pointless background art more like. Switching it before it was printed and released made sense for Withnail and I. I think art under discs is fine, whether it's a single pic spread across both sides (like most inside art) or 2 separate pics, one on each side which is less common.
