Ordered yesterday cos I ******* love this movie. I wish they would put out the bottom lives. I have the big bottom dvd set which actually commands a decent second hand price.

Yeah, the Big Bottom Box cost me about £30/40 from CeX a few years ago.
It's 50 now. I don't recall what I paid for it. Although I had to rebuy bottom 3 as the disc went missing. I assume its sitting it a dvd case somewhere but I'll probably never find it now lol. Still it only cost me like £2 or something.
 
No idea my dude. I can't imagine people were rushing to make another transfer though right lol.
I think you might be right... I'm going to hold off knowing there's a 4k scan out there. Still be interested to know what it's like once you've watched...
 
If it was gonna get a 4k release anytime soon I think this would have been it.
I don't think so. Many companies like to throw the 4k restored bluray out before the full 4k. It's tried and tested. Criterion love it but so do the major studies. I'm happy to risk it and to wait.☺️
