No, I believe that one was a 10 part series called Spartan Ops which ties into extra gameplay of the same name.... if you have XBox Gold Membership that is

Yup. They are the same, except this is on a disc (vs the digital release that came with Halo 4 LE), and has some extra bonus features. At least, the US DVD/Bluray releases had the extras.
