"Live ‘hits’ set on 4LP vinyl, 2CD and blu-ray or DVD
This November, Eagle Rock will issue Live In Prague, Hans Zimmer live performance across video and audio formats.

The concert dates from May 2016 when the prolific and successful film composer was in the middle of a European tour. The setlist is basically a ‘greatest hits’ with cues and music from films such as Gladiator, Interstellar, The Da Vinci Code, Pirates Of The Caribbean, The Dark Knight Trilogy, Inception, Rain Man, True Romance and more.

Zimmer was accompanied on stage by no less than 72 musicians, including guitarist Johnny Marr and a spectacular light show kept the audience fully entertained.

The audio is issued on 2CD and 4LP vinyl, while the concert film (which gets a ‘one day only’ theatrical release in October) is issued on DVD and blu-ray."

Haha, you must, must see it, it was unbelievable with all of those musicians. Very, very stirring and he told stories about several compositions. One of the best things I have ever seen!

After a tough week of personal loss, I had to throw this Blu-ray on with Dolby Atmos 9.2 almost at full blast - this is so amazing to experience with video. The whole show - from the lights, direction, editing, the Atmos mix and the musicians - they all filled my soul and nourished my family's spirit. I had always wonder why my favorite movies all have music composed by Hans. Now I know it is because his music is a major character in all those movies.

Thank you Hans for your music and the impact it has on all mankind.
