Response from ES about the finish they are going for on this release:

There’s an emboss on the title treatment, gloss varnish on the front, cutting out the characters and a dull varnish covering the back.

The red text and red image on the back is also a pantone red, which should be a bright pillar box red.

Been trying to order the ES version for a while, everytime it's available put it in the basket, checkout error saying one or two items may not be available hence the reason why I just pre-ordered the Korean version with femcmh

Not that I condone it, but you could probably sell it for a lot more than the £26 you'd pay for it.


I don't want to condone ripping steelbook fans off or anything, but it would help to go towards your Playstation.

Unfortunately the same thing happened to me with G.I. Joe, after several emails with Play the problem was still not solved and ES ended up cancelling my order.

Play just emailed me to say they're cancelling my order due to my card issue. They give an option to change payment card in the order but then tell you that you can't actually do this. Complete joke.

I had this problem earlier in the week. I solved it by cancelling my copy and then refreshing the page constantly until it reappeared for sale and then reordered it with my new card details that I had already set up. You do risk the possibility that somebody else could see it and order it but if its going to be cancelled anyway its worth it. I would advise doing it when you believe few people will be browsing the site. Good luck.
