That's It, I will never order from FNAC again the first time they sent me The Green Lantern with a very BIG dent pacet very bad, this time I got two normal Blu ray Hansel & Gretel not the steelbooks That I orderd, phoned them was on the phone for 25 min . would only sent to me the correct order when I send the wrong one back , will never buy from them again .

Same story here,got the plain old plastic casing instead of steelbook and then after asking me if I was in London sent me a free postage return that only works within France therefore cost me another £4 to send it back

The same happened to me today: Ordered 1 steelbook, got the amaray. Have sent them a request to return and asked them to resend the steelbook-edition. Not happy ...
