A little slice of Heaven!
Happy 4th of July everyone. Let's celebrate! I made a nice BBQ rib platter with mashed potatoes, french fries and a slice of watermelon just a little while ago. Here's a picture.

Inspired by Acids awesome post... here's my meal to celebrate this day with the family!

Lemon and Pepper seasoned Chicken Breast, Mozzarella stuffed Jalapeños wrapped in bacon! (YES Ricker... it's turkey bacon! ) and Beef bloodsnakes, err I mean, 'Beef Franks' wrapped in bacon!!! And potato salad!

Those jalapeño wraps look delicious Frank. Nothing beats a good BBQ on a fine holiday. I did go down and watch some fireworks close by to where I live, it was a fun day to say the least.

Hell Yeah they're fu**ing delicious!!! I highly recommend them! Just know what you're getting yourself into! They can get pretty DAMN Spicy! Just be sure to put the toilet paper in the freezer!

I didn't feel like going downtown to see the fireworks, so the wife and I bought like $30+ worth! Had a blast!
