They are in English. A French guy posted photos of these on Instagram and the steelbooks have the English titles but the discs have the French text.

Looks like they used the inferior matte steels instead of the spot glossed French ones for the reprint....

I confirm. The steels are "zero finish". Text in English on the steels with the same typo error : "deathly hallows" on the front of the seventh steelbook.

So they are a different finish again to the previous UK matte steelbooks? Isn't zero like a satin finish!?

Zero is the quality matte finish. The non Matt(e) "Streaky" Bacon finish.
