i knew you knew i didnt lie ;) i was just kidding!

the seller is very recommended btw! most of the times hes very close to kimchidvd retail price, sometimes even better (as in this case).. hes shipping in a sturdy cardboard box with lots of bubble wrap .. oh, and hes custom friendly as well

This is one of my favourite movie and was so happy that The Blu put their paws all over this. The Boxset for the WEA Steelbook Release is one of my favourites in my collection :drool: love this edition as well :oohyeah:

Which one would you suggest me to buy since you have both (also which Type of Full Slip)? Does this creative edition feel quality on hand?

Edit: wait, as WEA Steelbook you mean the Liongate release with the cover of Hamilton's sunglasses where the two main characters appear? It is a very unique and beautiful one!!

Edit2: Oh man it is perfect art!!! Perfect slip case with the fantastic steelbook and clever transparent on glass slip case!!!!! Very sadly, I see it is Region A discs:confused:.

Edit3: Wait, this Creative release is also Region Code: A ? Why is not Region Free like the normal THE BLU release :(

The Creative Edition is indeed nice quality but not much bonus item(and it’s a Scanavo Case not a steel as you already know)

I’d say it’s a nice extra edition to own if you already have one or all of the The Blu KimchiDVD Exclusive editions, the most popular seemed to have been the “Type B FullSlip” and it’s my favourite also. But I love them all, they are all worthy of collecting. But of course if you love this movie as much as I do then I’d suggest to go with the One Click Boxset. At this point it’s a well sought out release and they are no cheap.

On the KimchiDVD website it lists all editions as a Region Free Disc, but nevertheless at this point you should have an Amaray copy that you can play. But you should be able to play the blu-ray disk since In the Kimchi Specification they write it as : Region Code: ALL

Look at the beauty shots(they are more clear on the KimchiDVD website) you can get the link to see the beauty shots from the first post in the Steelbook thread;

@Actarus thank you for the detailed reply, I appreciate it.

For my edit 2 I was speaking about Lionsgate release, but even on my edit 3 I got confused by visiting Novamedia website for the Creative Edition, it says Code:A lol While on kimchidvd it says gerion free as you mentioned. Sorry for the confusing reply.

I will checkout a little more and I will pull the trigger. I like more either the Creative Edition which will be cheaper for me, or the Type A Full Slip.

No problem :happy:

Whatever you choose you can’t go wrong, but if Nova wrote a different region code I might be more inclined to trust Kimchi The Blu info on the region coding. But like I said at this point you should have a copy to play, so this should be a detail. Anyways hope something I wrote helps ;)

I bought a used creative edition and it is superb! Great quality on the slip, very nice design all over. No steelbook but it does not matter, it fits beautifully near other premium releases.
